We call it a high-intensity dance party that fuses cardio, strength, Pilates, hip hop, yoga and kickboxing and can burn up to 800 calories in one 60-minute class. Jazzercise offers a variety of classes including Dance Mixx, Flip Fusion, Strike, Core, Strength, Express, Lo.
Bodyworks by Elony provides custom services in massage, fitness, and dance instruction. I am a certified massage therapist, fitness instructor and have been teaching dance for over 20 years, and can teach toddlers to adults. Massage techniques: Swedish, deep tissue, sport injury rehabilitation, prenatal, pediatric, aroma therapy, cupping, guasha, orbital buffing, and trigger point therapy. Clients are given FULL session time. Fitness: toning, high-intensity interval training (HIIT), stretching, and Groove Fit (dance cardio). Dance: quinceañeras, wedding choreography, ballet, acrobatics, jazz, contemporary, and hip-hop.
