OmCulture is a multi-use yoga, dance and music space, that will offer community-oriented events that are family focused and kid friendly. Dance: Euphoria Dance Drum & Dance Tango Instruction Tango Practica Wassa Dance (African based) Yoga: All Levels Hatha All Levels Flow Partner/Acro OmKids: From 10:00am-12:00pm, Monday through Friday OmCulture will be offering an open gym for kids and parents to come play together. We will have facilitators on-hand to engage the children in movement, yoga, dance and play and we will provide the space for parents and kids to interact together. This welcoming space will provide a venue for families to interact and a great way to keep children active and moving, especially on those rainy Seattle days! Start date for OmKids is in late January 2010.
Trinity Studio stands apart from other pole studios as a place that focuses on finding dance that feels good, promotes emotional and physical growth, and inspires creative expression! Whether you're brand new to dance or an experienced aerialist, we offer multiple styles of classes that allow for individualized progression. After learning the basics, try classes in technical spins and inversions, stretchy flexibility, fun floorwork, choreography at all levels, and our very own Boudoir Dance, a dance style that combines sensory-based movement and pole dance to express yourself in a safe and loving community. Absolutely NO fitness experience is necessary to come and spark joy at Trinity!
