Ages 18 months to 5 years, your tiny tot will learn the basics of dance including creative movement, ballet, tap, jazz, vocabulary, technique, & simple choreography. Premiere Program The Premiere Program is for dancers 6 years old & up. In this program we offer specialized classes focusing on an individual form of dance. Classes include Ballet, Pointe, Tap, Jazz, Lyrical, Hip Hop, Contemporary & Core Strength. Classes range from begining to advanced & Adults
Join well-known instructor and trainer Chris Daigre in his signature dance class. danceDaigre is an energetic discovery of modern hip-hop, jazz and Latin-inspired choreography. You will learn dance combinations piece-by-piece, building up to a full routine by the end of class. danceDaigre strengthens your body, engages your mind, and ignites your soul.
LaVida is an International School of Dance that serves Eastside Seattle community by providing dance education for toddlers to adults. Professional instructions in ballet, jazz, hip-hop, acrobatic dance and ballroom dance styles are provided in a friendly and supportive atmosphere. Each student has an opportunity to dance in our annual studio recital - a high-end stage production. Youth: LaVida Studio offers recreational and performance programs in array of dance styles for kids ages 2-16, including an award winning Twinkle Star Dance program for preschoolers (ages 3 to 6). Opportunities for your kids to reach beyond the recreational world of dance are offered through private instructions and performance teams. Adults: Join our wonderful dance community of adults ages 20 to 90 of various levels. LaVida Studio is where people meet, make friends, celebrate special events, perform, socialize, learn Argentine Tango, Salsa, Ballroom, West Coast Swing and get fit at Zumba classes. Performance Teams: We offer two Adult teams: Ladies of LaVida Performance Team and Bachata Ladies Team, as well as few Youth Teams: Debut Star for ages 6-8, two Rising Star Performance Teams for ages 12 to 15, Junior Hip-Hop Squad ages 7-11 and Teen Hip-hop Squad ages 12-15.
