Hillside Club offers concerts, operas, arts and culture open to the public but we are also available for private event rental: weddings, events venue, social club, gatherings, concerts, seminars, conventions, classes, galas, dinners, anniversary parties, memorials and more. An ideal location for plays, musicals, classical concerts, piano recitals, graduation ceremony. The HSC offers a stage, large screen for projecting presentations, ideal for weekday seminars, PA system, tables and chairs included in the price. There is a kitchen for prep. Additional options are available such as two Steinway pianos available for rent and theatrical lighting.

Thank you for considering Anna Head Alumnae Hall as your venue of choice! Located at 2537 Haste Street, Anna Head has capacities of up to 379 (standing room), 160 (banquet set-up), or 63 (classroom set-up). It features a built-in platform that holds up to 50 people. There is a courtyard outside that is ideally suited for receptions. Your rental of Anna Head Alumnae Hall Hall includes one event planning meeting and a tour of the venue. The event planning meeting is held with an Event Coordinator. Please set up a meeting preferably 60 days in advance of your event and no later than 30 days prior to the event. We have a large inventory of equipment available for use at your event.
Host your event in our coveted Pauley Ballroom. The 2nd largest venue in the East Bay, the ballroom boasts beautiful oak paneling, a 30 foot high ceiling, and a wall of floor-to-ceiling windows revealing remarkable views of redwoods and the Campanile. Pauley Ballroom can divide into 2 sections for intimate events or breakout sessions. West Pauley is 2/3 of the ballroom, while East Pauley is 1/3 of the ballroom.
