XOHH Events is a private two-acre Hollywood Hills estate offering a distinctive outdoor location for filming, productions, photo shoots, and private events. Minutes from Universal Studios and close to Hollywood, Burbank, and Studio City, the property feels secluded while remaining conveniently connected to Los Angeles. Owners Brad and Sanaa built XOHH together, combining Brad’s landscape design and horticultural expertise with Sanaa’s Moroccan heritage and artistic vision. Their personal touch shapes the lush gardens, fountains, Moroccan-inspired Kasbah, and inviting lounge areas. Vista Grove features mature olive trees, a California pepper tree canopy, Moroccan lanterns, and city and hillside views. Surrounded by approximately 150 acres of open hills and natural space, XOHH offers multiple settings and visual backdrops within one property. Indoor support spaces are available for staging, hair and makeup, wardrobe, talent holding, and light food preparation. On-site parking accommodates up to approximately 40 cars with coordinated parking arrangements. Our boutique approach includes personal venue assistance and coordination.
