The premiere community orchestra in the South Bay, the Nova Vista Symphony educates musicians, presents concerts and engages the community. Our specialty is serious classical music presented in an informal way, with world class soloists and in fine venues. We also collaborate with other community arts and non-profits such as choirs, and we assist other non-profits with publicity.
This Spanish-Mediterranean style center features two theaters and the City of Palo Alto's Recreation Department. The theaters are available on a rental basis and are host to a number of events and performances. The three rooms are named Stern Ballroom, Community room and Fireside room. The pretty Stern Ballroom has two fireplaces and beautiful chandeliers which make this an ideal place for parties and other events. The community room and Fireside room are smaller and good for small gatherings and parties.
At the Big Dog Vineyards, you can sit in the patio area and savor a glass of delightful wine while gazing at the panoramic view of the hills. The winery has an interesting and extensive wine collection and also a welcoming vibe. Don't miss out on their live music on Saturday nights!
Far away from India, the Indian community in California has come together to preserve and promote Indian culture in the form of India Community Center.
