Room RentalHosting a meeting without a full meal served or need a space to meet for a few hours? Back Bay Conference Center has seven different meeting rooms with air walls that open up each room to form a larger area as well as two independent meeting rooms. Whether your group is 10 people or 200, we have rooms that you can rent. There are several different table & room set ups depending on your event. All rooms have retractable ceiling screens. We offer packages that include all pieces of AV equipment or individual rentals of particular items needed to complete your own items. Wi-Fi & Dial Up connection, LCD Projector, and other Audio-Video aides are all available to rent with any package. Ebell
Planning amazing events is our specialty! The Historic Ebell of Santa Ana was designed in 1924 by one of Orange County's best known architects. Built originally to support and house women's education and philanthropic work, the beautiful Spanish revival has multiple spaces available for your special event. Surrounded by hundred year old oak trees, the venue boasts the original features that are truly unique and special. These features include arched doorways, colorful Spanish tiles, high wood beam ceilings, beautifully maintained iron chandeliers, and mercury glass detailed wooden doors. The venue has a large banquet room perfect for receptions and special events, a theater for performances or lectures, private meeting rooms and outdoor garden courtyard with arched covered walkways.
The Studio is a private event venue in Westminster for birthdays, baby showers, quinceañeras, celebrations and corporate events. We hold up to 100 guests in about 2,000 sq ft, with a main room, lounge, booth seating and an outdoor courtyard. Packages include tables, chairs, black linen and spandex, and 8 hours of venue time. Colored uplighting is available. Outside catering is welcome, and you can bring your own DJ and decor. We have 90+ parking spaces and vendor access. Free tours by appointment only, Tuesday–Thursday 9 AM–5 PM.

Orange County Fair & Exposition Center, established in 1889 and located in Costa Mesa, Calif., organizes a variety of educational, entertainment and recreational programs for the general public and offers various artifacts depicting the agricultural heritage of California. It offers services through annual Orange County fair, centennial farm festival, ranch, youth exposition and more than 100 other events. It organizes various programs, such as flower power - year of Garden, It's Callin' You Out to Play, Jammin' at the Fair - the year of grape, Red, Ripe and Rockin' - the year of the tomato and Leap Into the Fair - We're Making a Big Splash. The other programs include Twist and Shout, Join the Rush, We're in the Pink, and Goin' Tropical and Nuttin' but Fun. It additionally has facilities for all occasions.
