From live entertainment to elevated movie nights, weddings and private events, we like to think of the theater more as a gathering spot for the neighborhood. With 6,100 square feet of open space, the theater is available for any creative ideas that come to mind! The famous marquee that still adorns the building’s façade is a nod to the historic bones – providing a sense of nostalgia when staring up at the lights…or down at the original terrazzo, the perfect historic touch for any occasion! Outside vendors can be brought in, so you can have your favorite catering company serve your evening meal. Lastly, for those who want to stay overnight here, there's a gorgeous condo available that can sleep up to eight guests.
