We are in Central Orange County in the historical downtown City of Tustin. We have a renovated building and rent out our our Conference Room and Training Room. These rooms can be used for: corporate meetings, training seminars, loan closing, board of directors meetings, shareholders meetings, presentations, interviews, client pitches and even depositions. Perfect for practitioners seeing clients or a professional with a mobile office who want a North Orange County location in a home-like setting. Both Conference Room (cap. 12), Training Room (cap. 32), include high speed WI-FI, flat screen TV monitor with HDMI connection, white board and podium. There is a kitchen available for use, plus 2 bathrooms. On-site parking (18 spaces), unlimited street parking and city structure parking available across the street. It is a 2 story building that does not have elevator.
