The Riverside is a unique one-of-a-kind Boulder landmark. Built in 1914, this charming, historic building has been home over the last century to; a candy shop, a photo studio, multiple restaurants/bars, and even a private residence. Built in 1917, the Community House at the Chautauqua Association has three rooms that are often put to use to house cinematic, musical, and cultural events. It is located in the Chautauqua Park Historic District at the base of the Flatirons, along with the auditorium and other venues. Â

Grusin Music Hall is located in the Imig Music Building. The recently renovated hall seats 500 guests and hosts hundreds of performances every year by faculty, students, small ensembles and guests.

Koenig and its beautiful backyard is available for rental by the general public, university departments and alumni for meetings, ceremonies, celebrations, weddings (May through mid-August) and other events. CU-Boulder alumni receive a 10 percent rental discount.
