Tucked away in the Florida suburb of Jupiter Farms is a hidden slice of history with ties to both Al Capone and Burt Reynolds. In the 1920s, Capone bought land here—once called “Italian Farms Road”—using it as a secret hideout for his men, while the area thrived with Italian immigrants growing tomatoes. Decades later, the land was transformed by movie star Burt Reynolds into a luxurious ranch and film set. Today, you can stop by the Feed and Supply store, built on the old Capone site, and immerse yourself in the mob lore and movie magic, while learning about Florida’s farming heritage.
