We are an event rental space for all your birthday parties, baby showers, graduating parties, family reunions, etc.
The Eubank Blanchard Center is located on an eight-acre park in the Phinizy Community near Appling, Georgia. The ski-lodge type atmosphere offers a full commercial kitchen with an ice machine as well as a community room with an electric fireplace. Tables and chairs are available to accommodate approximately 50-75 people for any type of event.
This facility shares its space with the Evans Library and cafe (coming soon!). With state-of-the-art lighting and sound equipment, the performance theater will seat 290 and can even be used for movies with digital surround sound. The four adjacent rooms can be utilized for meetings and parties as dressing rooms during performances.
