Spread across 29 acres (11.74 hectares), Benton County Fairgrounds is an important event space in town. Besides being the turf of the Benton County Fair & Rodeo, it is also host to the Corvallis-Benton County Library Big Book Sale, 4-H events, Santiam Ski Patrol Ski Swap and Indoor Winter Market. The complex features the Auditorium, outdoor arena, The Carriage House, Floral Courtyard, Guerber Hall and an RV park.
