Complete with a bar, room for a band, DJ, or Karaoke, and a dance floor area, this room becomes whatever you desire. It's great for Receptions, Reunions, and all types of parties. The room will be set-up to your preference just like the ballroom, & includes all the guest tables and chairs you will need as well as catering, cake, photography, and gift tables. Your rental includes all the Ice you need and we also have hotbars, linens, centerpieces and mirrors, and anything you would need to serve with for rent if you need it. Swanson's Warehouse is your more affordable event venue option in the downtown area with a 150-person capacity, perfect for a rehearsal dinner, graduation, anniversary, or birthday. Our atmosphere has a laid-back vibe, full of Greenville signs that vibrantly display as decor. We have tables, linens, chairs, and tents available for rent. Swanson's is a licensed vendor to sell beer, wine, bubbles, and seltzers. Outside catering is allowed.
