The Workshop by T&D is a 5000 sq foot industrial-style events venue located in the heart of Scott’s Addition in Richmond, Virginia. The Workshop has capacity for up to 200+ for a seated dinner and 300 for cocktail service. The venue includes off-street parking, two stunning “getting ready” rooms, ADA accessible entrances, outdoor space with roll-up bay doors, gorgeous natural light, and a catering en-suite. The Red Bird Social is a 5,400 square foot event space in downtown Richmond, destined for everything from private celebrations and corporate dinners to concerts and comedy shows. We're located at 100 N. Sixth Street, between Franklin and Grace. Red Bird Social can be rented with or without our catering services. And we have a full bar! Our event menus are filled with some of the delicious options from our Lillie Pearl restaurant on Grace and our ML Steak restaurant on Broad Street.
