The founders worked together in the private yachting community, where high quality food and an exceptional level of service was considered the bare minimum. After years of exceeding these expectations, while in remote areas of the world, they decided to a start Ultimate Cuisine Catering, a full-service off-premises catering company, out of the Greater Fort Lauderdale area. Through the years, Ultimate Cuisine continues to provide full-service, off-premises catering for events from 50 to over 10,000 guests, regardless of the location. Ultimate specializes in Corporate, social gatherings, wedding events, and even concession events. Today, the company has changed hands but still follows the core values instilled by the founders.
