Bell’s Beautiful Events is an event planning business that specializes in planning, decorating, and coordinating social and corporate events. Our services include finding venues, identifying appropriate vendors, decorating the space, and ensuring that everything runs smoothly on the event day. Our goal is to become a traveling event planning group, offering a one-stop-shop for all our client's event needs. Our mission statement is to make event planning an experience that is enjoyable for both our clients and our team. Our primary target audience is anyone who wants to hire a professional event planner for their special occasion. We intend to initially focus on Pittsburgh and the surrounding regions before expanding to other cities within Pennsylvania and other states. Our unique selling point is that we offer a full-service package from planning, decorating, to coordinating the event day. We differentiate ourselves from other planners who offer only one or two of these services. Our founder, who has a degree in Hospitality Management, has held several leadership positions in event planning, including Director of University Events at Slippery Rock University and Event Meeting Specialist at the Westin Convention Center Hotel. Currently, she is a Convention Services Manager at the Wyndham Grand Downtown Pittsburgh.

Elegant Events By Andrea now has a multi-purpose venue located in the West View neighborhood of Pittsburgh. This venue has 2,300 sf of open space that can be used for anything from classroom training, photo shoots, private parties, micro weddings, rehearsal dinners and more. There is also a smaller room available to be used as a buffet room, or for those who still work at home and need a conference room for client meetings. We still decorate from floor to ceiling for our clients as well as renting party items for the DIY crowd. Our inventory is still located at the warehouse in Turtle Creek. Meetings are scheduled at our West View location for those who need initial consultations and need to see a mock setup.
