Katy Ballroom Event Venue offers a beautiful and versatile two-level space for weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, corporate events, fundraisers, holiday parties, social events and other special occasions. Venue rental starts at $200 per hour with a four-hour minimum, depending on guest count and event requirements. Tables and chairs, modern furniture, a professional audio system, 70-inch TVs and private handicap-accessible parking are included. One of the most distinctive features of our venue is our professional event lighting. Our programmable lighting system includes color-changing lights, spotlights and dynamic effect lighting that can be customized to complement the colors and atmosphere of your event. Our outdoor space also features beautiful tree and roof lighting, creating an elegant setting for evening events and photos. We also provide a personal level of service that makes hosting your event easier. An on-site venue host is present throughout your entire event to assist with the facility, lighting, sound, temperature and other venue-related needs. We welcome outside caterers, DJs, bartenders, decorators, photographers, videographers and other vendors, giving you the flexibility to personalize your celebration. Alcohol is permitted. We would be happy to arrange a complimentary tour so you can experience the venue in person.
