Supporting the cause of the local artists, this venue seeks to promote their work. Also famous for the wide array of art dos and events held here, the Indianapolis Art Center is famous for having inaugurated the Broad Ripple Art Fair in 1971, and it has since grown to an annual event with an attendance of 26,000 people. The in-house art store lets you purchase what you see even as you take your fill of the eye catching art work: buy exotic clothing, pots, paitings, frames among other things and surprise your loved ones. The museum is located in the prominent Murphy Art Building and is spread over an area of 8,000 square feet (743 square meters). It is a popular venue for exhibitions, by emerging contemporary artists, and also hosts interactive art programs and events. Admission to the museum is free, and they also offers topic oriented art classes, which are free for public and are held on the third Wednesday of every month in the evening.

The Harrison Center for the Arts, with its warm and welcoming atmosphere, tries to create artistic appreciation among the people of Indianapolis through exhibitions of art and culture. In addition to being a great place to see an exhibition, the Harrison Center is also a space for artists to work and connect with others. Stop by on the first Friday of the month for special exhibitions and displays. The First Presbyterian Church sanctuary, gymnasium and a courtyard are available for parties and weddings.

We are an Art Gallery that offers crafting, art classes, First Friday events (where we welcome new art each month.) Sometimes these are fundraisers. (June is a fundraiser for FIDO), Sept is a student art show to benefit arts in schools. We offer gallery space and have special shows outside. We can be found on Facebook and Instagram. We love art!
