Dr. Jeff Music Lessons specializes in private music lessons for students ages 4-75. This includes piano, clarinet, flute, recorder, saxophone, trumpet, french horn, music theory, music composition, singing, and more! Dr. Jeff follows a humanistic approach to education, following your lead in what you want to learn about music while playing the music that interests you. Lessons are in depth, well-rounded, and fun! Lessons are scheduled by appointment (sorry, no walk-ins).
Judie's Music teaches Sound Beginnings "Mommy & Me" style Music Classes for 0-4 year olds and their caregiver, Let's Play Music complete musicianship, voice, and piano classes for 4-7 year olds, and private piano lessons for Let's Play Music Students and Graduates. We believe children learn best through play, and when they feel loved and safe. We believe children are developmentally able to learn complex musical concepts and skills much earlier than other teachers because we use research based techniques and age-appropriate methods. Lets Play Music is a fun preschool-kindergarten music theory class for your child that begins at age 4-6. This three year program solves the problem that a child is most ready to learn music at an early age, but his fingers and letter skills are not yet ready. We take full advantage of the brains ability to absorb musical concepts and teach skills in an age appropriate way. Solfege hand signs, folk songs, games, imagination and creativity are important components of each lesson.
