Whether you are looking for piano, voice, guitar, violin or viola lessons, Inspire Academy of Music and Arts now offers convenient online music lessons taught by dedicated, caring teachers. We are committed to creating an entertaining but challenging environment for students with interests in music. Our academy offers group and private lessons in piano, voice, guitar, violin, and viola. Group piano lessons for young children (ages 5-6) follow the Music for Little Mozarts (MLM) curriculum, a fun, imaginative series that helps children develop singing and listening skills, as well as an appreciation for many musical styles. Designed to encourage a love for music, each MLM lesson centers on the adventures of Beethoven Bear and Mozart Mouse as they learn about music. New students with prior music lesson experience will be evaluated to ensure proper class placement.
I offer children an introduction to the wonderful world of music through the acoustic guitar. Classes are dynamic and tailored to the preference and musical taste of each student. To help develop a personal interest and sense of ownership, I spend time carefully selecting music that is appealing, uplifting, and fun. We then focus on developing good technique that lay the foundation for the years ahead. You can choose between individual or group classes; the latter may include up to 3 students. With over 12 years of teaching experience, Virginia Tsoi is a professional and passionate piano teacher who teaches with a mission - music is a self-discovery journey, everyone deserve such a chance to connect to the soul through music. Under her creative and flexible teaching, her students not only acquire piano skill, musical knowledge, but also being able to express themselves in a unique way. Virginia holds a Bachelor of Art degree in Sociology from Cal State East Bay University (CA), a Bachelor of Music degree in Music Education from San Jose State University (CA), and a Master of Music degree in Piano Performance and Pedagogy from Bowling Green State University (OH).
