My passion is empowering singers to achieve their goals! I am a personal trainer, builder, and coach for singing voices. It is my job to make sure that the vocal exercises and songs work for you, to achieve your singing goals! I also serve as a guide to more dynamic performing abilities, the wide world of vocal music, and music theory and musicianship. I have been teaching singers of all levels privately for 15 years. My experience also includes teaching voice at college and university. My bachelor's and master's degrees are in vocal performance. With over twenty years of professional experience as a soloist, I understand what performing singers need.

Each student receives personalized instruction tailored to their goals, strengths, learning style, and pace. My approach blends European classical music traditions with modern educational methods for long-term musical development. As a member of the Music Teachers' Association of California (MTAC), I provide preparation for the Certificate of Merit (CM) Exam. Many of my students have earned State Honors recognition and invitations to perform at the CM Convention Recital. In addition to my music background, I hold degrees in Mathematics. I integrate mathematical analysis of musical structure, rhythm, patterns, and form into my teaching methods, helping students understand music in a logical, clear, and tangible way. This interdisciplinary approach strengthens musical comprehension, critical thinking, and engagement for students with diverse learning styles. As an independent small studio, I provide a welcoming environment where students receive focused guidance, structured training, and encouragement to reach their highest artistic and personal potential.
