With over 19 years of teaching experience, I offer one on one guitar lessons for beginners through advanced players. My focus is on strong fundamentals, proper technique, and real musical understanding taught in a relaxed, encouraging environment. Lessons are fully customized to your goals. We apply technique and theory directly to the music you want to play, not generic exercises. I also provide on demand transcription so students can learn songs, solos, and parts accurately. I specialize in music theory, reading notation, fingerstyle technique, and improvisation across rock, blues, jazz, folk, classical, R&B, reggae, country, and Latin styles. I began studying music at age 12 and earned my AA in Music from Fullerton College. I actively perform and tour, so lessons are taught from real world experience, not just books. Whether you are brand new to music or an experienced player looking to refine technique or explore new styles, I will help you progress efficiently and correctly.
