Music City Academy aims to provide quality, caring and inspiring music lessons to students to help them realize their music aspirations, so that we can hopefully grow with them. Since the new management took over in late 2007, the front desk has been manned by a middle-aged couple who work closely with parents and teachers to confirm scheduling/make-up of lessons and ensure the needs of students are met. Twice a year, a student recital is held and students and teachers are invited to perform. There is no costs to the students and each participant receives a certificate and a souvenir for their participation. The 2010 spring recital was successfully held in April with support of some 60 students and teachers. We also offer studio rental on hourly basis for practice, jamming and teaching purposes. Rental starts at $15 per hour depending on number of users and usage.

Professional piano lessons, technique workshops, and teacher training for all levels: beginner to very advanced. Helping to create confident, creative, and above all independent learners and performers, regardless of their age or experience. Based in San Francisco, California, serving the Bay Area. Beginners improve rapidly and with tenacity, gaining the foundation necessary for future success and happiness with music. Intermediate students are methodically guided to the next tier, and advanced students are shown sophisticated fine-motor techniques as they learn to dissect, interpret, and perform the most complex repertoire with ease. I help all students relate and apply learned skills to the rest of life, employing a range of educational tools that strengthen critical thinking and problem solving skills outside the lesson studio. While success demands dedication and diligence by the student, I take great care to ensure that every lesson is motivational, engaging and comfortable. In addition, I customize nearly every aspect of lesson programs to suit the home and family environment specific to the student. Visit passpiano.com to learn more!
