Teaching guitar since 2000, Joshua is every bit as passionate and gifted an instructor as a performer. He adapts his methods to each student's interest and skill, instilling a love for music while developing fundamental habits. Joshua has trained both children and adults, from absolute beginners to experienced students. While his bachelor's is focused on classical guitar and the accompanying technique, theory, and etiquette, he also teaches those interested in Tablature, Electric, Music theory, and Spanish/Flamenco.

The "Amazzing" Steel Drum Ensemble trains people of all ages to play the steelpan instrument that originated in the Caribbean, and we play at a wide variety of venues and events making happy music wherever we go. We can scale in size to accommodate your needs, ranging from a simple duet up to a full 20-player orchestra. The band is the primary outreach and fundraiser for The Good Spirit Foundation, Inc., a not-for-profit charitable and religious organization based in Hernando, FL, whose purpose is to provide opportunities, training, and guidance to young people and their families. We train kids to play during our summer camps and practice sessions, and we also have professional players with 20+ years of experience in pan who are available year-round to teach private lessons.
I am a self taught guitarist with over 30 years of playing. My passion for music is my life and I love passing that on. I have successfully tought dozens of people to play on my free time and my patience speaks for itself. I can play all types and styles of music so no matter what interests you we can learn it.
