Merry Music Makers offers age-appropriate music education disguised as fun, silly playtime for babies, toddlers and children at 6 locations in Lakeview, Andersonville, Edgewater and Lincolnwood. We've been building foundations in music since 2002 with Music Together® classes, and other group classes in Spanish and French where children learn to move to the beat, sing in tune, and explore instruments. We also offer private instrument instruction and summer camp programs for children ages 3 and up. Summer Jam camp inspires a love of music by giving kids hands-on experiences with instruments and introducing them to sounds from around the world.

Her students have been awarded scholarships to study in London, New York, Chicago, Indianapolis, and Milwaukee. Drum and piano lessons. With lessons customer tailored for the needs and wishes of every student, Sol Garnier provides a fun and educational experience for people of all levels and all ages. In drums you can expect to learn everything there is to know about the craft, from coordination to rudiments, going through reading, Rock, Jazz, Latin, Shuffle, etc... The teacher will demonstrate the exercises that require particular care while the student is filming with her/his phone/camera. That takes the guessing game out of the learning experience. In piano, the focus is on rock, jazz, blues, boogie and contemporary style, as well as, for the young beginner, a fun discovery of music appreciation. The goal is to learn the basics while understanding how studying can be fun and rewarding.
