WAM is the premier music school in The Woodlands offering Kindermusik and Musik Troop for early childhood and music lessons for piano, voice, guitar, violin, brass and percussion. WAM also offers regular Master Classes and camps.

Curriculum: We follow an international method of teaching developed by the Japanese Violinist Shinichi Suzuki. More information about this method can be found on the Suzuki Association's website. We follow a positive-psychology approach that engages the parents and starts off both parents and young children with songs that they are familiar with since elementary school. We approach the guitar like a violin, meaning we harness the student's ability to read sheet music- a universal system of notation that is used in nearly all instruments. We believe that developing a student's sight-reading ability is key to engaging the student's brain in an engaging way.
