The shop is open by appointment between the hours posted here. Moksha is a professional artist with many years of experience in both the corporate world (where he worked in the computer game industry for over 17 years) as well as private studio work. His style is compared to the visionary painters like Alex Grey or the Polish surrealist painters like Beksinski. His work is on display and available in a wide price range in the form of originals and prints. He teaches students techniques in acrylic painting, oil painting, drawing and other traditional art mediums. His focus is on freeing the student from fear or anxiety about accessing their creative power. Moksha is also a frame drum maker and player. He sells his frame drums and rattles and teaches frame drum building from his studio in Portland to students one on one or in small groups. He also does custom painted drums by request.
Elizabeth Leach Gallery was founded in 1981 and is the second oldest gallery in all of Portland. Located in the heart of the city, the gallery showcases a wide variety of works including sculptures, paintings and photography, all of which are creations of well-known local, national and international artisans. The gallery often holds shows for new work by some of its artists.
Disjecta has transformed the defunct bowling alley at North Interstate Avenue into a fabulous center for contemporary performing and visual arts. The center encompasses artists' studios, exhibition space, an indoor performance venue, and outdoor space for performances and installation-based exhibitions. Through the support and organization of various programs that encourage collaboration between artists and interaction with audiences, the center has created a veritable haven for the contemporary arts in Portland. Disjecta features exhibitions and performances showcasing local and national artists, both established and newcomers.

The 100th Monkey Studio will provide anyone, regardless of age, gender, ethnicity or sexual orientation, a safe and affordable place to use art materials. We will support each artist in their unique journey of using art as a means of individual self expression. The 100th Monkey Studio will provide the community with art resources while also being a creative place to visit and view art.
The Schnitzer Collection is a 4,000-square-foot art exhibition space in Portland, Oregon, dedicated to the collections of Jordan D. Schnitzer and his family foundation. The venue features rotating presentations of postwar and contemporary art drawn entirely from the collection’s more than 22,000 artworks. The Schnitzer Collection also serves as a laboratory for the Jordan Schnitzer Family Foundation’s nationally renowned traveling exhibition program. Admission is always free.
