Our journey started with a simple idea: to create space where everyone would feel welcome. We knew our city was lacking in something very specific. Hurricane Laura had ripped the spirit out of every one of us. Those lucky enough to come home to a standing house were still witnesses to the destruction of our city while in a pandemic. Our city was lacking in spirit and in need of some serious healing. Time healed us, as time does, and we started to rebuild. That is where our plans really started to take root.

The Cal Cam Fair is a cherished annual tradition held in Sulphur, Louisiana, celebrating the culture, community, and agricultural heritage of Calcasieu and Cameron Parishes. First established in 1922, the fair has grown into a multi-day event that features livestock shows, rodeos, pageants, carnival rides, fair food, live performances, and a wide range of family-friendly attractions. For over a century, the Cal Cam Fair has brought together local residents and visitors to showcase youth talent, 4-H and FFA programs, and community pride—making it one of Southwest Louisiana’s longest-running fairs.
Here at Go Live we have 6 pickle ball courts, 2 full court basketball gyms, 2 indoor soccer courts, all while having the ability to transform moments into memories, your event our space.
Rent our 5,000 sq. ft. event hall that has a large open floor plan and full kitchen with a refrigerator, freezer, stove and oven. 40 - 8' long tables and 200 chairs are included. Great for weddings, parties, etc... Daily rentals are $700. A non-refundable $50 deposit is required to hold a date (applies towards rental). Renter is required to spot clean food and liquid spills. A $200 damage deposit is required. This will be refunded if no damage is found. Restrooms are supplied with tissue and paper towels. Please call or email for available dates and rentals.
