I am willing to redo any work that is needed in order to address the concerns. I also clean many areas that are usually untouched by my competitors. Carpet and upholstery are an area of focus for me. I will continue to shampoo each area as many times as needed for the return water to come back clean. I also use only the best detailing products on the market, and I don't mind reapplying them as many times as needed to fully condition the surfaces. This means that cars that have been neglected will get the product soaked through the surfaces until conditioned enough to allow the final application to rest on the surface for a beautiful shine. All glass surfaces are cleaned inside and out, regardless of which service is selected, for a streak free view. All weatherstripping is also conditioned to prevent dryrot. I detail the tiny crevices around switches and buttons to prevent them from seizing up due to spills and debris. Headliners are carefully cleaned using different methods determined by the material to prevent damage. My clients are never asked to pay a dime until we agree that I have achieved the best possible results for the age and condition of the vehicle.
