My specialties are common sense, honesty, understanding, having compassion and caring about my customer and the difficult situation they are in because their car is broken. Nobody wants to deal with a broken car but unfortunately it happens and I’m here to help and to try and make the repair as cost effective for them as I possibly can, and I’m not going to add insult to injury and do what seems to be the norm in the industry by trying to sell you services that have nothing to do with the reason your vehicle is in my shop for in the first place, you’re already having a bad day so why would any shop want to make your day worse, but they do and I see it all of the time. I’m here to help you, not to add frustration in your life.
