Birch & Alder is a micro-bakery/restaurant serving strong coffee and wholesome food. Located in Indian Valley, south of Anchorage, open for drive-thru or dine-in. We do drive-thru differently: think slow-food, served fast. We are a scratch kitchen, so everything is made in-house from our coffee syrups to our breads and pastries baked fresh daily. We source as many ingredients as we can from Alaskan producers and foragers. Zero plastic goes through our window, we use only compostable options that are better for the environment.
