Le Parlour is a home-based, mobile business and can "pop-up" anywhere in town. Specializing in macarons, our little pop-up pastry shop offers traditional Parisian macarons with non-traditional fillings and flavors. Our original signature flavor "Starry Night" is taking Huntsville by storm. A 3-batter mixture of colors named and designed after Dutch artist Vincent Van Gogh, Starry Night features our homemade Blueberry Sunshine jam and creamy lemon filling. Stop by the pop-up today to try this light citrus and fruity flavor! We can be found at The Market at Mid-City every Sunday, March-November.
