Catalina Noms by Lareese is a small microbakery run by a homeschooling mom of three, with a supportive husband cheering her on. I specialize in handcrafted sourdough breads, cookies, and occasional specialty bakes made in small batches. I believe great baked goods start with great ingredients, which is why I use quality flours like King Arthur and Jovial Organic Einkorn to create rich flavor and texture in every bake. Baking has always been a way for me to share love with others. What began as a childhood dream of making treats that brighten someone’s day has grown into a way to serve my community and help support my family.
