Here at Flor De Cafe Bakery we offer an extensive selection of dry goods. One of our most popular is our Gata, which is an Armenian sweet bread filled with butter sugar filling that also comes in a napoleon version and a walnut Cinnamon. All of our products are made with fresh ingredients, no preservatives, no lard, and we offer a selection of gluten free products as well. I make our products from scratch everyday. We also offer a wide variety of nuts. Walnuts, hazelnuts, cashews, roasted, salted and raw. Come over for breakfast and try some of our breakfast croissants. We have plain, butter, chocolate chip, raisin cinnamon, pineapple, custard, raspberry, strawberry, blueberry, guava, ham and cheese and many more. We also have dinner options as well. Armenian pie with beef and herbs and spices, we have Pirozhki which is a deep fried dough stuffed with either beef or potato. We also have a beef, potato and cheese version of the Pirozhki with a napoleon crust. We still bake our goods the old school way, nothing made from frozen products, everything from scratch.
