Our cakes and cupcakes are buttermilk style, which are slightly dense, but a lot more fulfilling. The cakes are paired with Swiss meringue buttercream (not sweet at all), ganache, purées and nuts. The cupcakes are paired with American buttercream, traditional sweet cream frosting. We also provide delicious assortments of French macarons, bite size cheesecakes and other desserts.
