UPDATE-Over the past two months, we have faced two medical emergencies that required immediate closure. In these instances, some clients initiated bank disputes before the standard 3-to-5-day refund processing period was complete, which temporarily prevents us from issuing a direct refund until the bank's dispute process is resolved.The cancellations were the result of severe health issues. On one occasion, she was unable to work and complete deliveries due to a vehicle accident. On the second occasion her carpal tunnel syndrome flared up to the point where she physically could not decorate the cakes after loosing all feeling in both hands. Due to a pending divorce and a restraining order against her former business partner, she is currently the only decorator available. Cancellations are a last resort, as they are a loss for the business as well. However, if physically unable to meet our quality standards, we cannot in good conscience provide a sub-par product. Regarding the reviews mentioned, the owner has maintained privacy for safety reasons related to her legal situation, though she is going through and is in the process of rebranding the business to move forward independently. Existing orders will remain scheduled and the owner will reach out to you directly in regard to your order pickup as well as delivery/pickup instruction.
