All cakes are custom-made to order. Cakes under 8" can be made same day; if the order is placed earlier in the day. Lead time for most orders is 2-3 days; varies customer to customer.

Dee's One Smart Cookie is a gluten free/dairy free/soy free/peanut free facility. We also produce a wide array of egg free goodies for our egg allergic and vegan customers. We use only the highest quality, primarily organic ingredients. Our products are free of preservatives, artificial colors and artificial flavorings. On Tuesday we make a 12" flatbread pizza with a variety of toppings., Wednesday is egg free day, which is when you'll find a larger selection of egg free products, along with yeast free bread. Friday we offer a 9" thin crust pizza with a variety of toppings. We specialize in cakes...ranging from a small birthday cake to a 4 tiered wedding cake. You'll also find our bread and dessert items at a growing number of restaurants.
