Home baker originally from New York that specializes in customs cakes for all types of celebrations and special events. I also make a variety of pastries, breads, cookies, and other baked goods. I work very closely with my clients and customize every order to their liking. If there is a flavor/flavor combo that is not on my menu, please ask, as I am able to make plenty of other flavors as well. Currently I only have a menu for custom cakes available so for people interested in pastries, breads, etc., if there is something specific you would like, please do not hesitate to reach out to me and ask and I will be more than happy to work with you! I am also now offering bento and personal sized cakes, tarts, and other goods! For those who are just looking to purchase a cake that is only 1 or 2 layers and simply frosted but not decorated as you would a custom cake, I am able to do that as well. Everything I make is from scratch and made with top quality ingredients, and yes, and all by me!! All ingredients used are organic or all-natural. For most orders I ask for them to be placed 6-7 days ahead and for any large, or very detailed orders I ask for them to be placed at least 2 weeks in advance. On some occasions I do accept last minute orders (depending on the order there may be a fee applied for last minute orders).
