Amazing Cakes is a small batch, from scratch bakery specializing in Cakes, Cupcakes, and Unique Treats! We add a new flair to old fashioned flavors. We use real butter for our buttercreams and that makes it to where we have to keep them in a cold case so they stay fresh and don’t melt. It gets hot in our tiny bakery. When you purchase our cupcakes we recommend that you let them sit up to room temp before you eat them. Other wise you will think your cake is dry and crumbly. But it’s not. It’s cold and hard. We are sorry for anyone who doesn’t do that and believes our cupcakes are dry. Anything in a cold case will cause that texture. Please. Just let them sit to room temp.
