In 2004, Mr. Dever decided to pursue a long held dream of developing a retail bakery of Philly-style Soft Pretzels and related snack foods. He and his partners developed a business model that produces hand-twisted, freshly baked, Philly-style Soft Pretzels, at an affordable price. The Pretzel Boy’s team spent over a year and a half creating their Pretzel Boy’s business module, and now plans to expand this great bakery concept across the country through Franchise Development.
