At cops, we believe in creating art worth eating - in every form. From high-design spaces and provocative imagery to subversive marketing and science-driven products, everything we do is built to inspire whoever it touches in some way, shape, or form. Our name is a cheeky reference to the long-standing association between cops and doughnuts. Our fresh-to-order mini doughnuts and specialty glazes are made from scratch, developed through collaboration with a food scientist and a fine dining chef. We serve only filter coffee, minimal by design, sourced from celebrated roasters in New York and beyond. What started as a local doughnut shop has grown into a collaborative creative studio. We’re forging a new path in hospitality - blending fashion, art, and design through the lens of gritty luxury, with past collaborations spanning fashion designers, spatial artists, and culinary innovators. We are the only place where you can eat made to order donuts in the U.S. Not only the donuts but all our menus including korean Corn Dogs, bubble teas and Real fruit home made syrup drinks are all made to order!

LUNCH hamburgers,gyro,pastrami, roast beef,.Ask for our special and or soup of the day. On tuesday we have out of the oven brisket of beef. Wednesday is out of the oven turkey breast. Thursday is out of the oven corned beef.Friday is roast beef.
