Gibson's Donuts

Gibson’s Donuts located on Mount Moriah Road has been a fixture of Eastgate neighborhood since 1967. Since its inception so many decades ago, the bakery has been known for its awesome range of doughnuts. There's a wealth of flavors, toppings and combinations thereof available at this charming donut spot. Of course you can pick one of the more popular ones like cinnamon apple, jelly-filled, chocolate glazed and such, but don't forget to try the unusual signatures they have, such as the Maple Bacon, Apple Fritters, New Orleans Buttermilk Drop Doughnuts. Located a few steps away from Gus's Memphis outlet, Gibson's arguably offers the best donuts in town!

The Donut Man Bakery

Located off the highway in a strip mall location, the Original Donut Man begins its day with fresh breakfast sandwiches served a steaming cup of joe. Donuts are the main attraction here though, and fans of the place vouch for the rather oddly-shaped bismarks, baked goodies filled with jelly in a slit made in the middle. For those who crave regular donuts, this place offers crispy goodness with their selection of old-fashioned cake donuts, banana nut donuts, blueberry and cinnamon donuts.

Howard's Donuts

Located on Summer Avenue, Howard's Donuts offers endless flavors of rich-filled goodness, such as the chocolate-glazed French Cruller or the creme-filled one. Addictive as they come, Howard's Donuts also serves fresh coffee. Dunk a cinammon-flavored donut into the coffee, and you're golden. If some savory treats are something you're looking for, there is a smattering of croissant offerings that will balance out the sweet flavors. Whatever you do, the red-velvet donut is a must have!
