For over 84 years, we have been providing people with delicious do-nuts and kolaches. We continue that tradition today with over 300 locations throughout Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas, Colorado, Oklahoma, Mississippi, Alabama, Florida and Tennessee. Founded in 2021 by Chef Mary Bass, Good Dough is a scratch Kolache Bakery serving traditional Czech, Texas-style, and unique Kolaches. Located on Galveston Island, our all-female team has embarked on a journey to redefine the Kolache experience, fusing tradition, creativity, and community. We are no longer in the white building in the photos. We are in a red brick building in Galveston. Please note we cannot remove these photos because we did not upload them.
