The Bakero is a European artisan bakery and café in downtown Sarasota specializing in naturally fermented sourdough breads, handcrafted pastries, croissants, breakfast, brunch, lunch and specialty coffee. We use carefully selected ingredients including organic flour, local milk and cheeses, and organic free-range eggs. Everything is prepared fresh in-house.
