I am a hands on baker that makes everything from scratch. My bakes are mostly seasonal with a few beloved staples in between. I also do custom orders for special events and those with food sensitivities. Sharing traditional desserts from my mother's homeland of El Salvador is also important to me as I get to share our wonderful food and culture.
