With these principles in mind, I use techniques to ensure that the items I bake are healthy, flavorful, and delicious. This enables you to enjoy nutritious food without white sugar or butter. All items are low in sodium and Kosher. I welcome catering orders for up to 25 people. Please note that items that should be in the refrigerator will be baked and cooked on the day of order pickup.
