We are Maine's first bagel maker, 47 years of a traditional boil and bake method. We offer 17 flavors of bagels and 18 flavors of cream cheese and toppings. We offer a wide variety of breakfast sandwiches, we have a fantastic lunch menu too. Our signature sandwich is our "Super Nova", chose one of our bagels with cream cheese, we then top it with capers, red onion and tomatoes. We layer the Fresh Nova salmon on top.
Blue House Bagels is a small batch bagel spot run out of a house. We require orders at least 48 hours in advance and do not stock bagels for walk ups. Every batch is made to order and baked fresh for peak deliciousness
