We make hand-made, artisanal, wood-fired breads and croissants, using organic grains and flours. Our specialties include crusty, European style bread, whole grains and incredible flavor. Located in the Downtown Market in Grand Rapids, field & fire is your place for truly exceptional breads and insanely wonderful croissants! Our bread dough is hand-mixed by passionate artisans, our fermentation takes 2 or 3 days, and our process ensures that our baked goods are healthful as well as delicious.
