I’m Tracy, a US Navy Veteran, owner of Concrete Bakery, LLC, a Licensed Nebraska Cottage Bakery. After years of testing recipes, I officially launched in November 2023. Why “Concrete Bakery”? People ask if I make rock-hard cookies, and the answer is a firm NO! The name is a tribute to the hardworking blue-collar men and women who build our roads, deliver our goods, and keep this country moving—people who deserve quality, handmade baked goods. At Concrete Bakery, we offer a variety of baked goods, from cookies, cakes, and sweet loaves to cinnamon rolls, ganache rolls, and more. We also create treats for those with dietary sensitivities, including egg-free, gluten-sensitive, nut-free, and dairy-sensitive options.
